We source potential candidates according to the Principal’s requirements, including vessel type, rank, experience, certification, competence, joining date and specific operational criteria.

Candidate Screening and Shortlisting
Candidates are reviewed through a structured preliminary screening process. Suitable profiles are shortlisted and presented to the Principal for final evaluation and approval.

Document and Certificate Verification
We review the availability, validity and consistency of identity documents, competency certificates, training records, medical fitness documents, seaman’s books and other assignment records. Final acceptance remains subject to the Principal and applicable requirements.

Interview and Evaluation Coordination
We coordinate interviews and support the exchange of information between the candidate and the Principal. Where requested, we may assist with preliminary professional and background evaluations within the agreed scope.

Employment and Joining Documentation Support
We support the preparation, collection and communication of documents required for placement and joining, including employment information, joining instructions and acknowledgements.

Pre-Joining Communication
Before joining, the seafarer is informed of available assignment details, reporting instructions, required documents and other relevant information provided or approved by the Principal.

Principal-Specific Crewing Support
Our services can be adapted to the documented procedures, approval stages, reporting formats and operational requirements of each Principal.

Crew Change and Travel Coordination
Subject to the agreed scope, we assist with joining schedules, travel information, port-agent communication and crew-change coordination for timely and orderly embarkation.

Ongoing Communication and Placement Follow-Up
We maintain communication with Principals, vessels and seafarers throughout recruitment and placement and provide reasonable follow-up support on placement-related matters.
