Ethel Maritime LTD was established in the Republic of the Marshall Islands on 19 December 2025 by two experienced maritime professionals.
The company provides seafarer recruitment and placement services upon the request of shipowners, ship managers, vessel operators and their authorised representatives. Our objective is to connect suitable seafarers with responsible maritime employers through a structured, transparent and professional process.
We recognise that every vessel, trade and Principal has different operational requirements. For this reason, our services are tailored according to vessel type, rank, competence requirements, joining schedule and the Principal’s documented instructions.

Our Commitment to Seafarers
Ethel Maritime LTD is committed to a recruitment and placement process that respects seafarers’ rights and dignity. Seafarers will not be charged recruitment or placement fees by the company, except for any costs that may lawfully be borne by a seafarer under applicable requirements. Employment information will be communicated clearly, and personal documents will be handled with appropriate care and confidentiality.
